ISC offers both design and purchasing services and is unique in that we can purchase direct from over 100 manufacturers.

*Early establishment of realistic financial parameters is key to the success of all projects. Preliminary cost estimates must be developed to reflect client preferences and are used as a guide to determine appropriate materials.
The budget is determined by the scope of work and services to be provided. Our experience has proven that a design fee based on either square footage or hourly rate provides the most equitable for determining this cost.
**When purchasing services are selected as part of the scope of work, ISC provides this service at a net cost plus an agent’s fee (negotiated per project) for commercial projects only. We charge an hourly admin fee for residential projects for this phase of the scope of work. All product purchased direct from ISC is billed at 50% deposit before orders are processed, and balances due upon shipment.
***Construction consultation (meetings or onsite contact with architects or general contractors) will be billed at an hourly rate. Additionally, any extra site visits, re-selection of material and/or product installation due to changes and/or modifications will also be billed at an hourly rate.
