Our Process
We recognize that each project will present us with a unique set of circumstances and design challenges. We take pride in our ability to determine what these challenges are in each project and relate workable and inventive design solutions. When we begin a new project, we meet with the client(s) to establish the scope of work and explain the process. We survey any existing furniture, furnishings, and/or equipment to be reused to ensure it is factored into the overall design and budget.
Next, we select options for all finishes and furnishings to present to our client with preliminary plans. We review budgets and agree on a final projected cost. Once the budget and fees have been finalized and our initial design direction has been approved, we work on all relevant components to complete a final presentation. Once this final design package has been presented and all changes and/or modifications incorporated, the interior specification manual is entered into contract form. A document is then generated for the owner to review, which
includes all finishes and all products to be purchased. If ISC is selected to procure the product as well, we would then begin the purchasing process by collecting the required deposit.
